You own your workspace content. We never claim ownership over your tasks, habits, or data.
By accessing or using SmartFlow AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app or connect any third-party services through it. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the SmartFlow AI operator.
SmartFlow AI is provided as a productivity and automation workspace for tasks, reminders, habits, scheduling, inbox analysis, and AI-assisted planning. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, other users, or third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are also responsible for ensuring that the information and integrations connected to your account are accurate and authorized by you.
Important: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately change your password and revoke any connected integrations through the Profile Settings page.
Features that connect to Google Calendar, Gmail, speech services, email providers, storage providers, or AI APIs rely on third-party services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider.
SmartFlow AI may stop, limit, or change third-party integrations if provider policies, technical requirements, or abuse-prevention measures require it.
You retain responsibility for the tasks, reminders, files, prompts, emails, calendar actions, and other content you create or connect. You must have the right to use any content you upload or process through the service. SmartFlow AI does not claim ownership over your workspace data.
You may not use SmartFlow AI to:
AI-generated suggestions, classifications, transcriptions, deadline extraction, and planning outputs are provided for convenience only. They may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before relying on them for important financial, legal, academic, health, or business decisions.
Note: SmartFlow AI uses Google Gemini and Groq APIs. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify important decisions independently.
The app may change over time and may be modified, paused, or discontinued in whole or in part. Features, limits, visual design, and integrations may be updated without prior notice. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
SmartFlow AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlow AI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, productivity, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if use violates these terms, threatens security, abuses integrations, or creates legal or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
